That means a lot of money to you — if you can get past the gatekeeper and present our compelling business proposition to the decision maker.

As an Account Manager, you will proactively sell promotional products and marketing services. The compensation for this role is straight commission but it offers an endless opportunity to earn an extraordinary income (if you are already well-connected in Houston and selling is in your DNA).

• Well-connected in Houston
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• 3 -7 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the promotional products industry is highly desired
• Proven history of keeping a sales pipeline full at all times
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related area of study is preferred
• Must be articulate and possess good presentation skills
• Demonstrated capability in writing client proposals and closing deals
• Ability to quickly determine between things that are urgent and things that are important
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and provide exceptional follow-through
• Must possess a keen sense of recognizing a sales opportunity
• Must possess a keen sense of knowing when to walk away from a sales opportunity
• Must be proficient in using computers and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
