Bullpen Marketing Develops Resource to Help Schools
Tools 4 Schools aids in marketing for student enrollment and fundraising activities
HOUSTON (April 22, 2007) -
Bullpen Marketing, a marketing firm specializing in promotional products strategy and a wide range of marketing services, announced the development of its Web-based Tools 4 Schools resource for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Tools 4 Schools helps Catholic schools access information to aid in promoting and marketing student enrollment, fundraising, recruiting and volunteers.
"In an increasingly competitive world of private education, the need for a strong identity and positive perception is vital to the success of a school," said Colin Hageney, president of Bullpen Marketing. "Our goal was to create a user-friendly online marketing specialist to aid the overloaded school administrators with their promotional activities."
Principals and school personnel log on to www.t4s.org and access reference materials, templates and evaluation tools, including items like “Sample Press Release” and “The Basics of Grant Writing.” Tools 4 Schools is the equivalent of a plug-and-play marketing plan. It’s intended to make effective marketing easier for Catholic schools under the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
"From media relations to a virtual admissions office, Tools 4 Schools collects all the basics of marketing and puts them at the fingertips of school administrators," said Hageney. "It’s the Archdiocese’s first response to that need and, perhaps, the first step in developing a template for private and parochial schools across the nation."
