The Houston Business Journal placed Bullpen at number 33 on its annual list of fastest growing businesses. Companies are ranked by growth over the past two years. They must also be headquartered in Houston and have been in business for a minimum of five years.

Bullpen vice president interviewed in Promotional Products Business Magazine

HOUSTON (July 24, 2009) – The Promotional Products Business Magazine recognized Lauri Laufman, MAS, and her work in the promotional products industry.
The vice president of Houston-based company Bullpen Marketing, launched her career in the promotional products industry 25 years ago as owner of National Jewelry Company, helping clients such as Exxon and Schlumberger with their service and retirement awards. As NJC grew, it added promotional products and, in 2006, was acquired by Bullpen Marketing.

Houston (May 11, 2009) – Bullpen Marketing was recognized once again at the annual Better Business Bureau Awards (BBB) showcase last Wednesday. The company was honored for the second year in a row with the Award for Excellence: Winner of Distinction award for their dedication to customer service, team-involvement and charitable work. The BBB enlists a strict set of criteria when judging which includes evaluating the company’s willingness to give back to the community, ability to resolve problematic customer service issues and drive to inspire employees to better themselves in the course of their work.

Houston (March 11, 2009) – Bullpen Marketing recently launched a donated website for Catholic Charities’ upcoming “Concert at the Villa” fundraiser – www.concertatthevilla.org. All proceeds will benefit the HIV/AIDS Ministry, which is one of eighteen programs chartered by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Houston-Galveston.

Houston (January 21, 2009) – Bullpen Marketing, a Houston-based marketing firm, won two awards at the 2009 Pyramid Awards, hosted by the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). The PPAI created the Pyramid Awards to honor the best promotions around the world. Bullpen Marketing won its two Pyramid Awards in the categories of “Goodwill” and “Tradeshow & Exhibitions.”
